for me this shot wasnt about what's in the image but of what's not in the image. this is what ground zero looked like when i was in new york in 2008. this was my first time in ny, and even tho i've never been here before, it felt really empty and eerie. the image really doesnt do it justice and u have to be there to grasp what i'm trying to explain. it really did felt like something was missing as if i've been there before and know exactly what was there. i cant wait to come back when everything is finished and see what new hope will be instilled from it.
